Strange registrations at my forum

Hello there,

I've set up an forum for my own website, forum.modelvliegertje.nl , and i have found out that since this forum
is online on my hosting that i will recieve strange registrations from people or bots.

Is it possible that this will not happen again. It looks like that these persons are spybots or something else.

I've tryed to manupulate the .htaccess file to get rid of this, but it blocks myself when i try to log in.

any ideas about this

Without seeing what you have in there, it's impossible for us to tell is it's a .htaccess issue or not really...

Why? What are they doing? I take it they're just registering and logging in once? If so, that happens to all forums. Take a look at the userlist here.
